West Coast Swing Class + a Fun, Social Dance Party! | Fatcat Ballroom - Phoenix Dance Studio
Every Friday, Fatcat Ballroom transforms into the home of West Coast Swing in Phoenix. GPSDC (Greater Phoenix Swing Dance Club) hosts beginner and intermediate lessons, followed by a lively WCS social dance party where the whole community comes together.
Fridays 7:00 PM — $15 per class drop-in | No registration needed.

What to expect on Friday Nights

7:45–8:30 pm – Intermediate WCS Lesson

8:30–11:30 pm – West Coast Swing Dance Party!
Take one class or both—then stay for hours of social dancing with music that keeps the floor moving. The lessons give you the foundation and technique to feel confident, while the party lets you put it all into practice in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
With instructors like Tina French—president of GPSDC and part of our Fatcat teaching team—you’ll be learning from one of Arizona’s leaders in West Coast Swing.

Friday West Coast Swing is hosted by GPSDC (Greater Phoenix Swing Dance Club) at Fatcat Ballroom, 3131 E Thunderbird Rd, Suite #33, Phoenix, AZ 85032.
GPSDC memberships are just $25 per year and gives you access to discounted pricing on weekly classes and club events. Learn more or join here.
GPSDC members enjoy a $5 discount on the evening and get in the door for $10 ($15 for nonmembers). Come for one of both lessons, and the dance party is free. BYO drinks & refreshments.
