Chair yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, but with added support. The chair helps support some of your body weight so movements are gentler on your joints and muscles. It will also help you balance as you focus on controlling your body movements. Using a chair for stability means no floor work is required, making the practice approachable for every body. No floor work required.
