Our place can be reserved for occasions and events with or without dancing. When you need to rent a place for your catered event, potluck, meeting, dance practice session, etc., there is plenty of room for lots of attendees, tables and chairs, buffet and/or gift tables, dancing, and more.

Food and Drinks

​

You are welcome to bring food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. We provide one six-foot table for your convenience. Additional tables are available for rent with advanced notice. We do not assist in setting up food and drinks. There is a small oven and a shared employee refrigerator that you are welcome to use. If you arrange to have your event catered, you must be present while the catering company is in the ballroom.

Rentals

​

Tables and chairs are available for rent. Set up and removal are included in the rental fee. You are welcome to rent additional items from a rental company to use inside the ballroom; however, you must be present when those items are delivered and picked up, as Fatcat Ballroom is not liable for any outside items brought into our establishment. There is a small sink on site that you are welcome to use to clean rental items, such as tableware, before the items are picked up or returned.

Music

You are welcome to play your own music, request a specific music genre for us to play from our music collection, or make arrangements for a DJ or band.

Group Dance Lessons

​

You may choose to include a group dance lesson during your event. It is a pleasant surprise for your guests and gets everyone on the dance floor having a good time together! Please let us know in advance if you would like that option so an instructor can make arrangements with you.

Dance Performances

​

Make your event one to remember with beautiful Ballroom dances, exciting Latin dances, and fun Swing dances performed by experienced, professional dancers. Select several dances to complement the occasion, and then enjoy the incredible show with your guests! Please let us know if you would like to speak with available dancers for more information.
