About the event
🥂 NYE 2025
Ring in 2026 with a full evening of dinner, dancing, and a powerhouse 13-piece live Big Band inside Fatcat Ballroom – Phoenix’s home for social dance.
Doors open at 6:00pm, dinner seating begins shortly after, and the night kicks off with a ballroom lesson with Terry from 7:30–8:30pm.
At 8:30pm, the band takes the stage and plays straight through to 1:00am (with one 30-minute house-music break). Expect classic Big Band swing, smooth ballads, and plenty of dance-floor energy all night.
We are a BYO venue and will also host an open donation/cash bar with a celebratory midnight toast for all dinner guests. Come dressed however you love — most attendees choose festive or semi-formal NYE attire.
Capacity is limited:
100 dinner seats
200 total guests for the dance + band
