Alisa participates in Pro/Am, instructor/student, dance competitions and has successfully coached her students to win many medals. Alisa was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and began taking dance lessons when she was six years old. Alisa met her dance partner, Ivan, in 2010, and they became dance partners in 2012.

They competed in Youth and Amateur dance competitions across Europe, becoming accomplished DanceSport athletes at the top of their field. In 2017, Alisa and Ivan won the Ukrainian online casting for Royal Caribbean Cruises and were their premier ballroom dance couple. They moved to the U.S. in 2018, turned Professional in 2019, and now represent the United States in national and international Latin Dance competitions.

Alisa is an independent dance instructor, and she gives lessons at Fatcat Ballroom.
