Strength Training


Tuesdays and Thursdays

8:15 a.m.

$8 per person

In this strength training class, you will use resistance exercise bands to strengthen and tone your muscles. The bands have various resistance levels, from light to heavy. Exercising with resistance bands is gentle on your joints and effective for people of all ages and fitness levels.


Resistance bands are used by professional athletes in training, and they are also used for physical therapy because of their effectiveness. Strength training can improve posture and balance, increase energy and stamina, and burn calories!


Please bring a mat, water, and a towel.


Call or text Sarah at (602) 332-0152 to let her know what day you will attend, and she will bring resistance bands for you to use during the class.
