Sarah Mollison is a dynamic dance instructor who specializes in all styles of partner dancing, from competitive and social dancing to wedding choreography. With a passion for teaching, Sarah offers private lessons for individuals and couples, as well as engaging group classes. What sets Sarah apart is her integration of Pilates and her newly acquired Breathwork certification, using these practices to help students connect more deeply with their bodies, partners, and the music.

Originally from Massachusetts, Sarah's dance journey began at the age of 8, with training in Irish Step, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Hip Hop. She transitioned to ballroom dancing at 17, where she quickly excelled, winning multiple world and national titles within Arthur Murray, including the 9 Dance, Latin, and All-Around Champion titles. She was also a finalist in Ballroom and 9 Dance at the USDC and Ohio Star Ball. After a successful amateur career, Sarah turned professional in 2013.

As a professional, Sarah has continued to achieve remarkable success, earning titles such as Arthur Murray Professional Club Dance, Ballroom, Hustle, and 4x Country Western Champion, and she was crowned UCWDC World Country Champion in 2023. Her commitment to continuous learning and embracing new styles is evident in her teaching. Sarah's students are not only taught to dance but are also inspired to experience joy, connection, and harmony, reflecting her mission to infuse the grace and energy of dance into every aspect of life.
